How It Works

1. Get Your Referral Link

As a TraitLab Plus member, you can generate a unique referral code and link from your account settings page. Your referral link will look like this:

2. Share Your Link

Share your referral link with friends, family, colleagues, or your online community. When someone clicks your link and creates an account, they'll be attributed to you as a referral.

3. They Get a Discount

New users who sign up through your referral link receive a 20% discount on their TraitLab Plus purchase. This makes it a win-win for both you and the people you refer.

4. You Earn Rewards

When a referred user upgrades to TraitLab Plus, you earn a 20% reward on their purchase. Rewards are tracked automatically in your account settings.

5. Get Paid

All reward payments are made through PayPal. You can set your PayPal email address in your account settings under the Referrals section.

Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed at the end of each month and include all rewards that are at least 30 days old and meet the minimum payout threshold of $25.

Program Requirements

• TraitLab Plus Membership Required: Only active TraitLab Plus members can participate in the referral program.
• Valid PayPal Account: You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive reward payments.

When do I receive my rewards?

Rewards are marked as "pending" when a referred user makes a purchase. Payouts are processed at the end of each month and include all rewards that meet the following criteria:

• The reward is at least 30 days old (allowing time for refunds and verification)
• Your total pending rewards are at least $25 (minimum payout threshold)

Example: If a referred user purchases TraitLab Plus on January 15th, that reward becomes eligible for payout on February 28th (at the end of the first month where the reward is at least 30 days old), provided your total pending rewards meet the $25 minimum. If you have less than $25 in pending rewards, they will carry over to the next month's payout cycle.

Can I see my referral statistics?

Yes! Visit your account settings to see your total referral signups, purchases, and reward earnings (pending, paid, and total).

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no limit. You can refer as many people as you'd like, as long as you comply with the program terms.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

A PayPal account is required to receive reward payments. If you don't have one, you can create a free account at PayPal.com.

Can I use my referral link in paid advertising?

No, using referral links in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is not allowed and violates the program terms.

Terms of Service

By participating in the TraitLab Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid rewards:

• Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself or use your referral link to create accounts for your own benefit.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to game the system, create fake accounts, or generate fraudulent referrals is prohibited.
• Paid Advertising: You may not use your referral link in any paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, search engine marketing, or any other form of paid promotion.
• Misleading Representation: You may not misrepresent your relationship with TraitLab or imply that you are acting in an official capacity on behalf of TraitLab.
• Spam and Abuse: Mass emailing, spamming, or any other abusive practices to promote your referral link are prohibited.

Reward Payment

• All payments are made through PayPal.
• You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.
• Payouts are processed at the end of each month.
• Only rewards that are at least 30 days old are eligible for payout (to allow time for refunds and verification).
• A minimum of $25 in total pending rewards is required to receive a payout. Amounts below this threshold carry over to the next month.
• TraitLab reserves the right to delay or withhold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.
• Rewards generated through methods that violate these terms will not be paid.

Program Modifications

• TraitLab reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Reward rates, discount amounts, and program terms may be changed at TraitLab's discretion.
• Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Account Termination

• TraitLab reserves the right to terminate any referral account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions and lose access to the referral program.
• TraitLab's decision regarding termination and forfeiture of rewards is final.

General Terms

• The referral program is available only to TraitLab Plus members in good standing.
• TraitLab is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from reward payments. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
• These terms are in addition to TraitLab's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• By participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
