To access working style results, select a member from your Dashboard. Working style results will be available if the member has completed their assessments and "Working Style" was included in the original invitation.

Individual member working style results are shown in two ways:

Primary and secondary working styles

Primary working style: The style that is most prominent for this member. When this member's goals, projects, or roles align well with this working style, they are more likely to feel engaged and interested.

Secondary working style: The second most prominent style for the member. Alignment with the Secondary style is also a good predictor of engagement and interest.

Combined working style

The Combined working style blends the member's Primary and Secondary styles to form a more specialized set of interests and opportunities.

For example, a member with a Primary style of Investigator and a Secondary style of Creator has the Combined working style of Research Innovator. The Research Innovator combines the analytical approach of the Investigator with the creativity of the Creator. Individuals matching the Research Innovator style may thrive in areas that demand both analytical and creative skills, such as data science, software engineering, and product design.

This Combined working style provides a more nuanced understanding of the member's work preferences and can help identify specific roles, projects, or career paths that might be particularly engaging for them.
