Overview
The Strengths results in TraitLab Pro help members understand their most prominent strengths—the positive qualities that tend to emerge when they're at their best. Each person's blend of personality traits, interests, and experiences leads to a unique set of strengths.
TraitLab Pro uses a model of 24 dimensions of strengths, many of which are categorized as:
Interpersonal: Interpersonal strengths, like Kindness, Gratitude, and Equity, are related to interpersonal relationships, group harmony, and social perception.
Intrapersonal: Intrapersonal strengths, like Integrity, Persistence, and Self-Regulation, are related to self-management.
Intellectual: Intellectual strengths, like Love of Learning, Curiosity, and Perspective, are related to knowledge building and information gathering and synthesis.

To access strengths results, select a member from your Dashboard. Strengths results will be available if the member has completed their assessments and "Strengths" was included in the original invitation.
Individual member strengths results are shown in three ways:
Strengths archetype
Based on their tendency towards the three major categories of strengths (Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, and Intellectual), each member is associated with one of six Strengths archetypes: Connector, Stoic, Explorer, Visionary, Mentor, and Guardian.
For example, the Connector archetype indicates a strength profile with relatively strong interpersonal strengths, while the Mentor archetype indicates a strengths profile with a balance of intellectual and interpersonal strengths.
The Strengths archetype describes the member's strengths broadly without focusing on small differences on individual strengths dimensions. Two people with the same archetype may differ slightly in their individual strengths.
Top strengths
The member's top five strengths are shown, including links to detailed descriptions of each strength dimension. Details about each strength dimension include related research findings, connections to personality traits, and exercises for putting the strength into practice.
In cases where there are ties among the highest-scoring strengths, more than five strengths may be displayed.
